Kristen Rasmussen
is a telecommunications and information technology business analyst
specializing in the definition of customer requirements and system design.
Prior to joining Planetworks, she was focused on
operationalizing the customer support department of a software
company. In her more than 5 years of consulting experience, her projects
have included the definition of business requirements, functional design and
post-production support of a platform to run a 500+ seat contact centre for
a large telecommunications client and the design of a customer support
system for a leading edge retail ASP offering. Her industry experience has
included significant telecommunications, public safety and government
