Dale is a telecommunications engineer specializing in technology applications and business analysis. He has extensive experience in network planning, feasibility assessment, system engineering and procurement, project management, technical standards, cost modeling, financial analysis, business cases, governance structures and marketing.
Prior to joining Planetworks, he was the senior manager responsible for network implementation planning and related capital investment for a large Canadian telecommunications carrier.
Dale’s consulting projects have included fiber optic networks, fiber route assessments, global wide area data networks, public safety mobile radio and 9-1-1 systems, enterprise VoIP and mobility services, passive infrastructure, internet access technologies and power utility communications.
Dale holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
