Peter brings an abundance of experience to Planetworks after 20+ years as an Electronics Technologist at the Capital Regional District (CRD). During his tenure at the CRD he implemented Voice and Data Radio system upgrades across all CRD radio systems, while maintaining service and enhancing radio system features and coverage.
Peter also managed SCADA data radio systems providing communications to support CRD Environmental Services and member municipalities on Vancouver Island. In addition, he managed license agreements and negotiated site license fees for tenants at all CRD radio sites, including sites used by CREST and other external commercial carriers.
Peter managed the CRD’s three site Geospatial Active Control Point system to support Real Time Kinetic (RTK) Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) survey activities across the CRD.

- Peter holds an Electronics Technology Diploma from Camosun College.
